Trade Info

Info

  • Trade from TN, USA to USA/CAN only. With Covid and the current state of the USPS, I only feel comfortable trading within USA/CAN. If you are located outside of USA/CAN, feel free to ask as I have made exceptions before, however, do not be offended or take it personally if I say no.

  • Trade by stamped mail or tracked mail if we both agree to trade that way.

  • Please send the post of the item I have that you wish to trade (or a screenshot of it circled) as well as what you have to offer for it.

  • If you have fewer than 15 trades, or are trading from a personal account, I ask that you please send first. Please know that I will ALWAYS send you address/packing proof before you send out, if you have to send out first.

  • I will do holds for 24 hours. If I have not heard from you after that time, the item will be taken off of hold.

  • All trades will be marked pending until we have both exchanged packing/address proof.

  • Almost all of my posts will direct you to a specific wishlist I would like to trade from. If a post says equivalents on wl, it means equivalents on my wishlist only. If a post says equivalent (same version and back) it means that I am looking for a specific card from the same version with the same back as the one pictured in the post. I include pictures of the front and back of the card on all posts to eliminate any confusion.

  • I do not do three way trades.

  • Please do not waste my time or your time by offering me something other than what I ask for in the caption.

Trading

  • When sending video proof, please make sure the item is not in a sleeve or toploader.

  • Please provide video proof with the flash on or with the item in direct sunlight.

  • Please also include both of our usernames, as well as the current date, in a visible location. If you fail to do this, I will ask for you to resend proof.

  • Please send proof that is able to be viewed multiple times. You will be asked to resend if it does not stay in chat.

  • Please be prepared to send proof of the item being traded, proof of address/packing, and mailing proof. Post office receipts are not mailing proof unless it has a tracking number. If you provide me with a receipt without a tracking number and I have not mailed my part of the trade, I will not mail it until I receive your part.

  • Please do not mail from a personal mailbox unless it is the locked type you are unable to open, we have traded before, or you would be ok with sending first. If you have reliable proofs and a personal mailbox is your only way to send, I am ok with you sending that way, please just be sure to let me know that is how you are sending.

  • My mail days are M-F and I send all stamped mail from a locked outgoing mailbox at the office building where I work. Due to numerous people sending out after our agreed upon date after I have sent mailing proof, I will no longer send until I have received mailing proof from you. I drop mail as I'm leaving work in the afternoon and if I have not received mailing proof from you by the time I leave, I will drop it the next morning. Please let me know which mailing day works best for you.

Packing

  • I mail all items in a sleeve and toploader. If I do not have a toploader big enough to fit an item, I will use cardboard. I expect you to do the same.

  • If an item hangs out of the toploader you're wanting to use, please instead use a bigger toploader or cardboard so the item does not get damaged.

  • Never pack a card in a toploader without a sleeve.

  • Please do not use any clear tape on the item being traded or the toploader. It is difficult to remove and risks damaging the item.

  • Please do not put any sort of tape directly on the item being traded.

  • Please do not put any glitter in the card. It is messy and risks damaging the pc in transit if it gets into the toploader.

  • Please do not write anything along the bottom front of envelope (username, please do not bend, etc). USPS places a barcode on the envelope when it is run through a machine and writing something where it will be placed will impact a machine being able to read it. I have received numerous trades with a long white sticker placed by a postal worker over where the barcode should be printed. Please save them the time and effort by not writing anything in that area.

  • I write 1/4 to 1/3 of your username on the backside of the envelope, never the whole thing. If you do not want me to you must tell me.

  • I always package trades the way I would like to receive them.

Other Info

  • I will be up front about damages to items, but sometimes I do not see them until I make video proof.

  • If you want more pictures/videos of the item, please let me know and I will be happy to provide it for you!

  • I have a M-F 40+ hour a week job in finance, if I do not answer as quickly as you would like, it is probably because I am working. Please do not send me multiple messages if I do not respond immediately. I answer messages from bottom to top and sending me multiple messages will only move yours closer to the top. I very rarely fail to respond to someone within 24 hours. If it has been over 24 hours and I have yet to get back to you, feel free to send me another message at that time.

  • I am ok with you sending mailing proof of my item in batches however, if you do mail proofs this way, you MUST send me a video of the envelope prior to dropping off clearly showing the front of the envelope with my address and a stamp along with the back with my username on it. If you tag me in your story and all I can see is the back of the envelope and you haven't sent me a video of the front and back of my card, I will not drop my end off until I receive yours.

  • Finally, please include a robot emoji in your initial message to me. I will not respond unless you include this emoji.
